Untangled respects the intellectual property rights of others and desires to offer a platform that is free of violation of these rights. Our User Terms and Conditions require that information posted by Subscribers and Users be accurate, lawful and not in violation of the rights of third parties. To promote these objectives, Untangled provides a process for submission of complaints concerning content posted by our Subscribers and Users.
Please note that in the event Untangled receives a complaint, Untangled reserves the right to forward the complaint and the complainant’s contact information to the Subscriber and User who allegedly posted the content under complaint. Untangled also reserves the right to disable, suspend and/or terminate the accounts of Subscribers and Users, at any time pending investigations into the actions complained of, and/or where the complaint is found to be valid.
